I have some items that sold recently on ebay and have discovered that they are not appearing in the post sale section. ebay item numbers are 2542170955 and 2542170952. Why would this be happening?

Hi Kirsten,
The auctions are in closed (they are on page 6) but since they sold without meeting the reserve, they have no post sale keys. If you process it as a sale in eBay (basically tell eBay that you are selling the items) this should correct the problem and give you post sale keys.
