We now offer sellers the ability to include an image in the eBay title bar at the upper left of the view item page (Photo Preview). To enable this picture for your listings, you will need to set up your preferred image style in eBay Site Specifics under the My Account tab (at bottom of that page).
eBay has announced that they will support non-eBay images in the Photo Preview on their site and in their formal interfaces (API) in "the upcoming months." Until eBay supports this feature directly, our technical implementation requires us to upload your image to the iPIX system just prior to launching the associated listing to eBay.
We do not yet fully understand iPIX's ability to receive these images at the rate we require, so we will be monitoring and tuning the launcher as necessary to ensure a high quality service. If iPIX is unable to accept the image in a timely fashion, we will submit your item without this Photo Preview image to eliminate the risk of late launches. Similarly, if the image is over 300 kilobytes (this is the iPIX limit) it will be stripped from the listing at launch. If you find an item appears without the Photo Preview as you requested, you may revise your item to include this image directly on the eBay view item page.
Please also note that the image you select for the Photo Preview will override the selected gallery image, should you apply the gallery option as well. When eBay supports a formal interface, we will adapt our system to work within their structure. In the interim, our implementation will provide the quality image hosting you've always received from Vendio with the added support for the Photo Preview. Learn More

How does this work for Sales Manager Pro? Are there setting in Pro we need to change? Or will Pro read this setting in Sales Manager?

I screwed up! I just posted over 50 listings and I chose the text message to appear. I should have chose the last choice of using the 1st listing image. Now how do I change this? Can I make a mass change?
Unfortunately, once the listings are active you will need to revise them on eBay directly. I don't think there's a way to do this in bulk, but you may want to contact eBay to see if this can be done.
If the auctions are still in pending, just change the preference now as whatever you select will be applied at launch time.
