I can't figure out how to remove the phrase in shipping and handling section of my Ebay listing that reads: Shipping costs will be specified later. I have the shipping costs described in my items, it seems confusing or redundant.
I want to keep the phrase Buyer pays for all shipping costs

Hello hagey,
eBay recently made some changes to their API (the interface that allows us to launch listings onto their site) and we are in the process of adapting our system to these changes. In the meantime, the only way to avoid the phrase you mention is to use the "I'm specifying payment details" option (on the create listing form or in eBay Site Specifics.)
