I've just downloaded the SMPro V5.1 and now my pictures are no where to be found. I've done the syncronization but nothing has happened. If I need to copy files, exactly how do I do this. Any help would greatly be appreciated. T.
I have just answered your email to us regarding this issue. In the email I asked you if the image bar is visible, since you did indicate you synchronized and I checked your account online and saw all of your images. Let me know via email, or via posting, if the image bar is showing.

Hi there,
Another question, did you use the auto-update, or did you download the full application from online? If you downloaded and installed the full application, what version of SM Pro are you updating? It may be a matter of reinstalling the application into the AuctionWatch directory rather than the Vendio directory (this is the default for newer versions of SM Pro.)
