Hi,

I have tried a few times to go to Global Preferences to make a change and I keep on getting this error message:

ERROR CODE: CONNECTION_FAILED, DESCRIPTION: Cannot open FAST connection to fast-red:80 -> Connection timed out (110)

It there a problem with Vendio or is it at my end? This has never happened before.

Hi Genie,

It sounds like it may be ISP related. I'm able to successfully go to my Global Preferences as well as yours. Try to access it again -- if you get the same error, contact your ISP.
