Beginning yesterday, there is no preview at all inside Sales Manager Pro. What can I do to fix this?

Hello,

Do you have other programs open on your computer besides pro? Pro can take up a lot of memory so it is good to make sure you have quit other programs so that everything will show up properly. If quitting other programs does not work, let us know what OS you have and how much RAM is on your computer.

Hello,

The only other program running is Microsoft Word, and I need that for my description.

I am running Windows XP and I have 256 meg of ram in my computer.

This has never been a problem before yesterday - and I usually have open several programs at the same time.
