I just downloaded another SMP for my 2nd account. I opened the program after setting my preferences, etc. did the Sync and started to build a batch. When I create a new listing ...the old templates are not listed in the drop down box (VIEW). How can I get them...HELP

Hello Carolyn,

Which templates are missing from the second installation? Please click on the "Template Preferences" link in the lower part of the SMPro Template Chooser to check your current list of saved templates.

UGH! I didn't realize that you have to place the templates in SMP from "Template Preferences". Do you have to load SMP to get to "Template Preferences" each time, or is there another way to get to those preferences, once logged into Vendio?

Never mind...I found it under my account tab! I guess im just an old dog, you can't teach new tricks to. ;o)
