I have had this problem since I first downloaded the last version, not the newest, it still has the problem. When I use the html editor it looks fine, then when I pull up the preview it has done one of several things, EVERYTIME, it will either eliminate a letter at the beginning of a word, eliminate a whole word, or it will leave an html command within the preview page which actually shows up on the auction if I don't catch it. I spend more time going back and forth adding and deleting trying to fix it, it has turned into a real time consuming issue. The other day I added my daughters email address within the ad because she is the one I am selling her stuff for, I never noticed it until last night but it deleted half of the email address on the auction and it has two bidders on it now. I have to either, close the auction out and correct it, or do what I did, I wrote to the two bidders privately and let them know that the email address listed within the auction was incorrect. I should not have to do this, this is not professional and I am wondering if others have had this problem and if it is ever going to get fixed. And yes I have re-installed it several times to see if it would correct it, like I said this has been a problem for quite awhile now and I would like to know why I am having this problem.

you haven't gotten back to me yet with a solution, or a comparison problem. I uploaded a few tonight, and as usual had the same problem and had to go back and forth erasing html that ended up on the auction page, or adding letters where they were deleted. What I end up doing since when I go back it doesn't show the problem on the html editor, I edit it on the regular editor and rewrite sometimes a whole word, just trying to fix it. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn,t. Believe me I wish I had my old sales manager pro, the first one they came out with the html editor. It worked great. But when Vendio took over, that is when I have had these problems, I am so tired of redoing my pages.

Hello,
Please give us example of an item where the HTML alteration happened; this would help us better investigate the issue.
If I understand correctly:
- the HTML editor is working fine
- but the offline Preview will show bad HTML code.
Please let us know:
- does this happen with any template? would the preview be correct if you change the template?
- have you checked your Seller Preferences? Might the Preview issue be related to the text from one of your Preferences? For instance, malformed HTML in the Default Listing Text might alter the way the HTML in the listing shows.
