I have been using the Sales Manager Pro to upload my auctions and they have always automatically put the item in my online inventory, until I downloaded one of the recent upgrades to the program and now it won't do it. So I have been having to fill out a new inventory item online and copy pasting the title/description into it and filling out the ebay auction/store info all over again just to have it in the inventory system! I cannot find a place on your site or within the program where you check that you want the item also in the inventory when you list to auction or ebay store. Where did it go? I could just list to inventory online and then fill out the ebay auction/store info and do it online but then I seem to be limited to only 4 images and this particular item has 6 images. I just don't understand why a simple thing ends up turning into a fiasco. Please help.
Thanks,
Barb

I would really like an answer. I've been sitting here for about 15 minutes waiting and I'd like to get back to work. At this rate I'm not gonna get much done today.

Does anyone work here? I thought that since this was a Sales Manager Pro issue I'd post here but maybe I need to post this over at Sales Manager board. I really have a lot of work to do today.

Hi Antelope67,
To save an auction item to your online inventory, first create an inventory item in Sales Manager Pro. As you list your auctions from the inventory item, simply create a separate item to send to your Store. It is not necessary to enter a quantity available for Store items - you can upload an item with zero available in the Store and use the resulting inventory item as an auction item when you are ready to list.

I'm pretty sure I am NOT wearing an invisibility cloak or anything so I'll just be in my office making no noise and pretending that I don't exist.

When you were AuctionWatch I used to be able to list an auction and click a box that would automatically send a copy to the inventory and now that you are Vendio you are telling me that I must make an inventory item first and then list to auction? Why the double steps?

Hello,
We are still the same company.
Online and offline inventory do not synchronize. To prevent further confusion on this, and how round trip inventory works, we removed that option. The procedure above is the only way to get items into your inventory from offline, unless you schedule all of your listings, launch them, unschedule them in pending, edit and select 'save to inventory', and then launch.

Hello,
Inventory online has a limitation of storing up to four images per item. If you want to add more, you can do that, but you'll need to schedule it for a future launch date (this is done in order to get it to pending listings). After you do that, unschedule the listing in pending and then go in and edit and attach your images.
