Hello
I was reviewing my auctions today and discovered that the Gallery issue is not just with revising items. It also happens when I launch a new auction.

Is eBay still working on fixing this problem?

Please ask Tara if she has solved the referral problem?

Let me check on the gallery issue for you. And as far as the referral issue goes, refunds are being issued to your account for the customer which signed up.
