A comment from a buyer
Hi,
I don't mean this to come off as a complaint, but just as information from a buyer. You have your own checkout program which was very confusing to use and presented lots of screens to finish things. Then after it was all paid, it didn't tie back to the ebay item to show it had been paid on ebay.
It is much easier to track payments when the ebay site knows about the payment. Any chance that you could tie the payment back to ebay so it shows there?
And for what it's worth, ebays checkout is much easier to use.

Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately, it only ties into eBay's payment area when someone is paying via eBay Checkout. Using other checkouts will not have any affect on eBay's seller manager.

hi, i think what i'm trying to figure out is it difficult for another vendor to try to compete with the changes ebay is making...
i ask this because many times this is the way a company operates..
i would like to know so that ebay can assist other auction vendors with compatibility issues..
i've seen this happen before and i think the customer base might be able to help if we know...
