AAAAK! I am trying to list with Pro. I can enter all of the information (price, catagory, photos, etc) but when I try to Preview a blank white screen pops up. I have waited to see if it was just running slowly because of Ebay's new catagory updates, but that's not the problem.
To try to fix this I have: deleted Pro and re-installed. Rebooted my computer. Checked to see if any additional applications or drivers were installed since last use. Restored my computer to a point last week when I know Pro was working. Waited paitently for several minutes too see if the preview magically appears. No luck with any of the above.
Any other suggestions????? I have a ton of stuff to list in the morning! By the way, regual Sales Manager works just fine...it is just Pro giving me problems.

Hi - I'm not sure if we've already asked, but are you using an ad-blocker on your computer? If so, please try disabling it before previewing to see if that will help. If you are running a virus-checker, also check this to see if there is an ad-blocking or popup blocking component.

We do not have any pop up blockers, and neither does our anti-virus software. Just to be sure, we completely disabled our anit-virus and tried Pro without it...still didn't work. What now???
Does this happen with all templates, or just with one of them? Also, please let us know whether the Template Chooser is working properly (click the View button next to the Template drop-down on the eBay Site Information tab).

I happens with all of them, and no....the Template Chooser is not working. It works fine on-line with Sales Manager, but not with Pro.
2. Is at least the preview for the Blank Template working? Start, for instance, an Amazon or Yahoo listing and check the preview.
3. Please go to the Windows Update site (click Tools > Windows Update in the Internet Explorer menu). Install the Service Packs the site recommends, especially those for Windows and Internet Explorer.

Well, just so ya'll will know...my husband fixed the problem. He simply set up a new template within SM and once it loaded into SMPro all of the OTHER templates popped up as well.
So that you'll know in case this problem pops up again with someone else, the answers to your previous post are:
1. Yes
2. No
3. Didn't help
