We are trying to integrate Vendio with our own internal application. Does anyone know how to Export data from Vendio or any sort of API which is available for extracting data from our Vendio database?
We would like to be able to export all the attributes of a completed auction (ie. date WBN sent, data payment received, date item shipped, etc). into our system for additional analysis. I see that Vendio has an Archiving feature, but how does that work? How does the autoarchive work too?
Does anyone have realtime interfaces going out to Vendios system?
The archive helps to keep your post sale section clear of all completed items. By archiving your items you are removing them from closed, but they will be stored for you so you can download the data. You can archive your completed post sale items, and download the archive to your computer. This archive downloads as a CSV file and can be opened in any spreadsheet program. The auto archive allows items to be archived when the set time has been reached so that you do not have to do it manually. You can turn the auto archive on or off.
Let us know if you need more assistance with this.

So, is there any other way outside of archiving it, that we would be able to pull attributes of auctions back in to our system. For example, each night, can we download info which would show the status of each auction in various workflow stages (ie. auction in progress, auction complete, payment received, item shipped, etc)?
