I'm trying to upload a batch and keep getting synchronization errors. I haven't changed anything in my template and
the errors are different every time...image error, time error, bad response from server...grrrrrr. I checked my images - they are fine, and the next upload it did a few more images before failing...

Well - a reboot seems to have cured the problem so all is well now.

Hello,
Unless something on your system has changed since the system last worked correctly, I would go ahead and just restart your machine and try again.
If you have added any software since you were last able to synch without error, try disabling it and anything else you have open or running while using Pro and attempt your synch again.
If the problem persists, click the details button and let us know what it says once it fails.
Regards,
Christopher

We to are having many problems uploading...never had before. I have already rebooted several times, the problem seems to be intermittent.

Hello everyone,
Please reboot your computers, then synchronize Pro again. If you still get an error message, please post it in this thread.
Regards,
Sonya

As I mentioned in my second post (posted on October 9, 2003 06:59:08 PM new), I rebooted and it worked fine for me then. Sounds like it didn't work so well for everyone though.

Immages,
Try closing out of any and all programs that may be running before you attempt your resynch with Pro. Antivirus or firewall programs, ad-blockers or popup killers, anything you can end task on.

Christopher

Nothing else is open. Approx. 3-5 pictures upload before getting an error. After 3 or 4 times of trying another 3-5 pictures upload. The only change we have made with Vendio is watermarking. I have over 200 auctions to upload and at this rate they are not going to upload tonight.

Hello,
To try to solve the synchronization issue, please do the following:
1. Check whether there is enough free space on your hard disk.
2. Go to the Windows Update site (click Tools > Windows Update in the Internet Explorer menu). Install the Service Packs the site recommends, especially those for Windows and Internet Explorer.
3. Install also Visual Basic 6.0 SP5 Run-Time Files. The link to this kit is:

This started with me a few days ago, and is still giving me problems. After many attempts at uploading files the Synchronization fails. It is getting very annoying and time consuming to keep re-uploading, and then having it fail in the middle (if it ever gets that far). This needs to be fixed ASAP, and would appreciate some help in resolving this.
