Good Morning!
I changed my seller preferences; clicked save and received the following error messages:

Error trying to authenticate your zipcode: 7002 : USPS API error : 80040320 : An unexpected system error has occurred. Please try again later or contact the System Administrator.
Please try again later.
Select at least one credit card processing method if you want to accept credit cards
******************************************

I just went back in to see if I could figure out what was going on. My zip is correct and doesn't have 7002 in it. The credit card thing was set correct. On exiting, I clicked Save again and received this message:

Error trying to authenticate your zipcode: 7002 : USPS API error : 80040320 : An unexpected system error has occurred. Please try again later or contact the System Administrator.

again... I have no clue what is going on... do I need help?

Sorry, this is what the second error said:
Error trying to authenticate your zipcode: 7002 : USPS API error : 80040320 : An unexpected system error has occurred. Please try again later or contact the System Administrator.

Hello,

Is this online where you get the error message, or offline in Pro?

Which page are you on exactly where this error shows up? I tried checking some of your online preferecnes pages, but all seemed to be saving without error.

Hi Christopher
I was editing a listing in pending to add to my inventory on-line. I saw something that I didn't think was correct and there was a link that said add/change preferences or something like that near the payments accepted area. I clicked on the link and it took me to: https://secure.vendio.com/my/acct/seller_global.html
I made my changes and clicked Save.
That is when the error message showed up. I just tried it with an older auction and it didn't happen... but I didn't change anything either. It happened with one of the boot auctions I am launching in about 30 minutes.
I seem to be the one who gets these weird intermittent errors...
