Over the last 3 days I have been unable to upload one batch succesfully. What seems to be happening is when I try to sync to Vedio sometimes it lets me other times it does not. Then when I finally sync and start uploading my files I get "Bad Responce From Server" and it stops the upload. I have to delete the files that have been uploaded and start over, again after say 5-6% uploaded the same problem.
I spoke with Dong on Friday and he says he was not aware of any problems, Looking at the bulitin board a lot of us are having the same problem. Im I correct or just dreaming I have a problem?

You are not alone, many of us have been having the same problem. The answers so far have been there is something wrong with our systems....maybe if it was just one of us, but there are to many of us having problems. Hopefully there will be enough people that complain that something will be done. Thats how it usually works.

I have had the same problem tonight trying to upload my auctions to Ebay. I get this message-Synchronization failed - Bad response from server. What's going on?

I Have checked with a few friends of mine that also use Vendio..They both have the same proble with the upload files. Im glad its not just me 
It is not my Internet as we are an ISP and run on T1 lines. I have tried the upload on 2 networks and 3 Pcs still the same problem. I will leave a message on the phone for support.

This started with me a few days ago, and is still giving me problems. After many attempts at uploading files the Synchronization fails. It is getting very annoying and time consuming to keep re-uploading, and then having it fail in the middle (if it ever gets that far). This needs to be fixed ASAP, and would appreciate some help in resolving this.

Same problem is occuring here. After the Synchronaztion fails I have to go through all my uploads to which worked and which didn't, and re-try (takes a long time to do this, when trying to upload between 300-500 auctions per day).

Hi Tara,
You seem have almost corrected the fault. I uploaded 2 files (around 700 Auctions) I did however lose sycn to Vendio once during the procedure, which is much better than yesterday. I still think you have a minor bug to compleatly fix the problem as it normaly runs seamless
keep your posts comming so I can see whats happening at your end. I will also post details on our next uploads to give you a statas report..Thanks for the support but Dong did know about this problem on Thusday !!

My system says that my batch is uploaded but it does not show up anywhere after that!?!?
We got some real problems here!!
