hello, i'm in the trial phase of vendio and i still like it although i've yet to successfully create an auction. my issue is:
HTML code appears in my descriptions.
I cannot figure out why.
also
It smpro supposed to automatically upload a saved auction when synchronizing.
maybe i missed some instructions here; i'm about to go crazy. please help. thanks!

Hello flwrchild,
If you are seeing HTML in your listings, it may be because you are using HTML in your descriptions and there may be an error in it. Please provide the item number for an affected listing and we will take a look.
When you synchronize SM Pro, you will be prompted to authorize the upload of any batch that is open. If you have listings in a batch that have already been uploaded and you do not want to re-upload them, simply move them to a new batch or delete them if you are finished with them.

Has anyone out there seen this. I still have HTML showing up in my listings. Anyone? I am not using any type of html in my description.
