Question~
In AMP when I go to print an invoice and that buyer has paid me via Paypal, it shows the Paypal credit-payment but it doesn't show the shipping was a part of that payment and leaves a Total Credit & Balance due amount which isn't the case since the shipping was paid.
How do I change this in my preferrences?

The one I printed today is ~ # 2862134304
That shows a balance due when in fact the Paypal amount was correct with the shipping.
It's wierd to me because when the buyer uses Paypal, some of the Vendio ivoices will show no balance and others show a balance & credit due which is not correct because buyer has paid the total amount.
I always include the shipping up front in my auctions too.
If you fill out step 2 for the item then you should be able to print out the invoice with shipping showing in it. Typically, the invoice will only print properly when you have step 2 filled out.

Step 2 is the checkout feature, right?
On that auction number I gave you, that buyer did fill in my checkout but the invoice was still wrong showing a balance due.
