During the process of installing SMPro 5.3, I received an error message stating: "An error occurred during the move data process - 132". What am I doing wrong? Thanks for your help!

Hello Renee,
If you are having trouble downloading and installing the Auction Manager Pro software, try the following steps:
1. Disable any programs you are running other than your browser when you download.
2. Try saving the program to a location other than your current default. For example, if you have been sending it to a Download folder, try saving to your Desktop or your My Documents folder instead.
3. Close your browser before you double-click the icon to run the installer.
4. Be sure you are choosing to save to disk, and not trying to run it from its current location.
These steps should assist you in getting a complete copy of the software onto your machine to install. Please let us know if you have any other questions or if you continue to have problems.
