Synchronization failed -
There is a problem with images synchronization.
Please check the sync log, visible after clicking the Details button, to see which image file halted the sync process, then go to www.Vendio.com and check the status of the image.
If its upload failed (which might be due to excessive size, invalid format, or corrupted data), please remove the image from the SMPro Image Bar. If this is not possible, use Windows Explorer to go to the "C:\Program Files\Vendio\images" folder on your hard disk, delete the file manually and restart SMPro.

We have resolved the issue that was causing image synch errors earlier this morning.
In order to enable synching again, please take the following steps:
1. Close and reopen SM Pro
2. Resynchronize
Note that you must close the application before you resynchronize.
There is a chance that some synchronizations that were performed earlier may have removed active images from your list of images online. We would recommend that you check your Recycle Bin in image hosting to ensure that no images were removed inadvertently.
