Hi there,
Is it possible to use more than one ebay user id for the one vendio account? We want to use different ids for different products but keep the after sales management all together. What is the best way to do this?

Hi Kirsten,
unfortunately each Vendio account has one, and only one eBay account. So the answer to your question is: no, you cannot use more than one eBay user ID for the same Vendio account, and you will have to open a Vendio account for each eBay account you have.
If by 'sales management' you mean using Vendio's post sales management (WBN, checkout, invoicing, feedback), then there is no solution to keep the management in one Vendio account.
