Hi,

I am very happy to see that I can now add eBay subtitles to my auctions before launching them, but I do have a question.

Are you planning to add this feature to the Sales Manager Pro program so that I can enter the subtitles when working off-line?

I do all my listings off-line and now the only way I can see to add the subtitles is schedule them for a later date and upload them, then unschedule them and revise them, and reschedule them.

It is better than not being able to put them in at all and launching them and then revising them, but it would save a lot of time if it were possible to do it right in the program.

I would like to know if you have anything planned for the future. Thanks! Genie

Hi there,

Subtitles are now available in SM Pro, and will be included with the auto-update if you are an a version of SM Pro earlier than 5.5. If you are are not prompted to update SM Pro when you open the application, you will need to download the full application.

You wrote the same thing about it being available to me a day or two ago.

I updated to the latest and I could not find it there.

Can you give more specifics on its availability in what version. I am using version 5.5 build 1121.

It's not available in Pro yet -- I apologize for any confusion. You can only do it online right now.

Hello,

Support for Item Subtitles is now available in SMPro, too. It is included with the auto-update if you are on a version of SM Pro earlier than 5.5.

If you are using version 5.5 build 1121 though, you will need to download the full kit again from:
http://www.vendio.com/my/client/
