As in a previous posting regarding the upgrade, I have two ID's. I got the runtime error bad installation message after trying to upgrade both copies. So I downloaded a fresh copy of the softwear which did not work either. Need step by step instructions I guess. How can I be sure the fresh copy is reloading over the existing software. You said to be certain that you install it to the correct directory. Where do I select the correct directory? Frustrated!

Ok! After 3 downloads, I finally got a clean download with no bad installation errors and now have one of my ID's upgraded after a 2 hour synch. One thing that I found confusing is in clicking properties on the icon that downloaded I got a file version of 2.1.13.0. It took awhile to realize that clicking other items on that window showed that it was indeed the new upgrade 5.5. Off to attempt the second ID! Momma always said, "Patience is a virtue!"
