Hello,
Please try to synchronize again and let us know if you are still having problems.
If you do have problems, please let us know what error message is shown. Also, if possible, open the AMPro.log file (located in the SMPro installation folder) and check its last lines for any indication on what might trigger the synch failures.

The error message is the same as the title, and the error in the error log is the same as well. "Bad Response from Server" Thanks! [email protected]

In a similar message another user describes the same problem. Sonya replied with adding some Visual Basic files. I'll try that, but she also suggests uninstalling and reinstalling the new version. My question to you is, if I uninstall and re-inst, will I loose all of my inventory??? Uploading the inventory in the old version was just fine. It's the new version that is the problem. Otherwise nothing else has changed on my side. [email protected]

Hello,
Inventory, batches and images are not removed when uninstalling SMPro, and you'll be able to use them once the new version is installed.
Please try these steps first:
1. Please go to the Windows Update site (click Tools > Windows Update in the Internet Explorer menu). Install the Service Packs the site recommends, especially those for Windows and Internet Explorer.

Rtogui,
Your suggestion worked and now I am able to list my auctions again, a bit late, but as they say, better late than, blah blah blah
Why not tell the engineers to include the VB file with the installation proceedure or at least check for it and advise instead of causing users without it to wonder!
(((2. Install also Visual Basic 6.0 SP5 Run-Time Files.)))
