I'm using previous SMP PRO, with no problems until Monday. I have NOT changed anything, settings, ISP, image sizes, etc unable to start any auctions with SMP Pro. The last few lines of the log file are;

Hello,
Please try to sycnhronize again. If you get another error, click on the 'details' button and copy and paste the information there in a response to this thread. We will go from there to determine the problem.

HI Sonya. All our images are in JPEG & are sized between 180-240 kbs. Although the image problem is Stinton 2.jpg, we have tried with other auctions & with other images, with the same problem. The details from SM PRO are as follows.

Synchronization failed - Bad response from server
There is a problem with images synchronization.
Please check the sync log, visible after clicking the Details button, to see which image file halted the sync process, then go to www.Vendio.com and check the status of the image.
If its upload failed (which might be due to excessive size, invalid format, or corrupted data), please remove the image from the SMPro Image Bar. If this is not possible, use Windows Explorer to go to the "C:\PROGRAM FILES\VENDIO\images" folder on your hard disk, delete the file manually and restart SMPro.

Hello,
1. Please go to the Windows Update site (click Tools > Windows Update in the Internet Explorer menu). Install the Service Packs the site recommends, especially those for Windows and Internet Explorer.

Hi ! Problem solved ! Downloaded full new version of SMP PRO, synchronized OK.I think the problem was caused by a driver I installed for a new LCD screen. I've got another question which I will be posting as a new topic.....Dave
