Customer sent email via Customer Manager, trid to copy some text in order to paste it somewhere else and find it is impossible to copy. Am I doing this simple thing wrong?

Hello,

You can use both the keyboard (Ctrl+Ins, or Ctrl+C) and the mouse (select, right click, then Copy) to copy text from Customer Manager messages.

If you are still having problems, please let us know from what page you try to copy - the Compose page, on either the Received or the Outbound tab, or the Viewer page.
