In SMP I enter the shipping cost but do not see it in my eBay auctions. Since shipping in SMP is within "Winning Bidder Notification", does that mean the first time the buyer becomes aware of the shipping is when he receives his PM email?
As a buyer, myself, I like to know ahead of time what my shipping will be. Don't want to / don'tike to bother with emailing the seller. A small number of sellers attempt to improve their profit on shipping, it seems that a buyer needs to be aware! I may look at 30-50 items myself...who wants to write "30-50" emails and then try to recall which item it was...
It would be nice to peg this into the listing as a base: "Shipping to North America via first class mail is 4xxx."

Hello there,
This depends on the preference you have selected online under My Account -> Global Preferences -> Item Listing Options. Make sure that the "Display Shipping and Handling options and Custom Shipping Note in listing" preference is checked, and the shipping values you enter should be displayed in your listings.
