We are still waiting for an answer on how to fix this. We have customers that send payment without including shipping. The following is our prior message and your response.

In our auctions we have "Payment, Preferred Checkout and Shipping and Handling" fields that have all correct information.

However, farther down the page in "Shipping and Payment Details & Payment Methods Accepted" we have information that is not correct (i.e. $0.00 for shipping and no insurance offered, when the item has $5.20 shipping in Shipping and Handling and also that we offer insurance.

Hello,

That section is for eBay's checkout. If you fill out Payment Details and Payment Instructions while you are creating the listing, that will add totals to that section -- however it opens up eBay's checkout for your customers, potentially causing conflict.

Hello,

Do you want to enable eBay's checkout? If you do, may I suggest that when you create your listings you make the Payment Details and Instructions the same as what you are setting up for shipping in Vendio. This way, if you are set up with the PayPal IPN and the customer is paying by Paypal your details from the customer will record regardless so it won't interfere with your Vendio Checkout. If you don't want to enable their checkout, please go to My Account > eBay Site Specifics and check off the section called "I am not specifying Payment Details" so that no totals will appear in the eBay checkout section.
