I only charge tax for items purchased and sold in CA. Why does the system tax every item purchased??? Irrespective of state?

Hello,
The way Sales Tax works in Post Sale is, since you have it turned on the tax wheels will appear on all WBNs. You have put directions stating only California residents must pay tax. When a customer fills out checkout, and they get to the tax section, they are only supposed to apply tax if they live in California.
The tax option appears on all forms if you turn it on as the system cannot differentiate if someone can be charged tax based on your preferences prior to them filling out the form.
I would recommend you put in every place possible that tax is only to be applied if you live in CA.
