Well. . . just wondered if anyone else is having the same problem. As of Thursday, I can no longer upload batches. I have been uploading batches via auctionwatch/vendio for years and never really had a problem. Now, all of a sudden, I can't get a single item to upload.

Anyone have the same problem or a suggestion.

I get a message that tells me:

"Synchronization failed - There is a problem with the batch item title, " ALWAYS MY FIRST ITEM ". Please go to www.vendio.com to check the status of the item."

When I get there, there is invariably nothing pending &c.

Hello,

Please check the batch item within your batch and make sure everything is okay with it. Then open a new batch and copy that item to it, and upload just that batch. If it fails again we may have you send it to us so we can take a look at it.
