I just deleted the image in imagehosting and and now it went to recycle bi and how do i permantely delete from their.... since i have to change the image with the same file name and as soon as i relupload a new file with the same deleted file name the origional file comes back up

Hello,
The recycle bin purges after 2 weeks. If you are going to reuse the same file name, the original may appear for an hour while the system updates. This is why you always see the original image appear with the upload of the new image.
