I was working on a new batch in SMPro and got a Run Time Error with black diagonal lines through everything, which froze the screen. Is there something in particular that causes this? Is there any way to save my work once I get this error, so I don't have to close the program and lose everything?

Do you remember what the number was of the Run Time Error? If not, that is okay -- should you get it again, let us know what it says so we can determine what the problem is.

Just had this happen again....2X in a week!
Lot of work on one auction to have to rewrite it.
Please find out why this has just started occurring...most annoying!

Hello liveinjeans,
You are running the same program you have been prior to running into these errors so the program can run on your machine, but something with the machine itself must have since changed to cause this error.
If there is a possible issue with the program itself however, reloading it will correct it. Download a new copy from the Vendio site and reinstall it, then restart your machine and try again.
If that does not help and there is something outside of the Vendio software causing the error, just be sure to disable and close out of anything and everything else that you have open or running in the background prior to launching Pro.
