Hello I have closed a few auctions and have noticed that the WBN's are not being sent I have my winners emailing me about how to pay and what total shipping is for multiple auctions won. This is costing me more work that i should have to do please help.....
I checked your account and noticed you have had some responses from your customers. Have your winners specifically said they did not get the WBN from you? If so please let us know the item ID numbers so we can check on this further.
