Am I reading things right? I've abandoned SM Pro because it won't upload inventory, now I'm setting all my items up in the on-line system but I noticed that SM Pro lets you put unlimited photos on an inventory item and then send them up with an auction but the online system will only allow 4 pics, is this right? Do you plan on changing that, and if so, WHEN!!!???

Hello,

Online Inventory only allows you to attach 4 images to an inventory item. However, you can attach as many images to an auction as you want.

Thanks Sonya,

So, if I have an item in my inventory with 4 pics attached, when I send it to auction, can I add pics before it launches? If so, how do I do that?

Hello,

You can do this, but what you would need to do is schedule it out of inventory so that it goes into Pending Auctions. After it goes to Pending, unschedule the launch, edit it, and attach the other images. Then go ahead and launch it to eBay.

If I do it this way, will it still keep track of the inventory for me and show 1 on auction in inventory?

Yes, the inventory will still track it as being at auction.
