Hi, I would like to know how do I prevent the Vendio LOGO icon from being inserted at the bottom of every outgoing message I send using customer manager, it is causing email filters and virus software to triger it as if it contains a Virus because it is a picture and so receipients are deleting my messages especailly with AOL, please help

All the editing of the Emails can be done under the My Account tab. Click the Post Sale Mgt Options to view the emails we send to your customers.

this is not what I was asking, I am talking about the "POWERED BY VENDIO" Picture that get inserted into every email message I send to my customers using Customer Manager, it is being looked at as if my messages contain pictures and it is triggering the virus scan tools to block the message thinking that it has a picture attachement especially with AOL users, if you still don't know what I am talking about please let me know.
Unfortunately that cannot be removed at this time. You have the HTML setting on for messages, perhaps if you change it to text this will help. If this continues to be a problem, let us know, so we can see what can be done to improve it.
