Hi

I would appreciate some help with Sales Manager Pro.

I keep getting the following error (Warning!) message everytime I attempt to save a listing I just created:

"Warning!

Payment 'instructions & return policy' field too long : max : 500 characters"

My payment instructions simply are Paypal, Money Order or Personal Check are accepted. I have NO return policy.

How do I fix this error so I can OK and save the listing I just created?

Your help is appreciated.

Hi mitzee,

This error usually originates from payment instructions under the eBay Site information. Please check this area, and remove any blank spaces that may extend beyond the text. Let us know if you continue to have trouble.
