Hi
I had a sale in the store today but no payment method was selected. I went to checkout and there were no payment methods. I went to My Account, Global Preferences, Store and Post sale managment and couldn't find any where to enter store payment options. The payment options in my post sale management are PayPal and money orders.
Why is this not an option in my store?

Log into your Vendio account. Select the Store Manager and then click the Edit Properties link near the bottom of the page. In the new window, select Store Policies to make your necessary changes.

Hi Darin
If you had looked at my account before leaving this message, you would have seen that money order, paypal & cashier's check were already selected. (I just changed it to only PayPal while I was there.)
What I was saying and I think I was quite clear, those preferences are not showing up at store checkout.

Hi Paula,

Did you do anything different to this store item when you put it in your store? Did you have payment preferences set up at the time? I see the problem you are referring to, usually when that happens it's because at the time of its launch, no payment preferences were selected at all.

Thank you for the response. I didn't do anything different than usual. The preferences had not been changed and as far as I know that is the only place they can be set.

Did I miss something?

Yesterday when I checked the preferences for the second time that day, I did change them to paypal only. But that was just yesterday.

Let me guess... another intermittent problem

Any help is appreciated, thank you!

It would help us if we knew when the item was created and put in your store and also if you used SMPro or Sales Manager. At this time, it's hard to guess at what the cause would be.
Sorry I mis read your post. When I looked at your account there was so little in the payment section I thought you weren't filling it out.
Get back to me so I can get more detail about the situation.

I have no clue which item it was. I can only tell you that it wasn't launched recently. Several of my suits are repeats, i.e. same style, different size.
Most of my suits have been up 6 months to a year.
