Hi there,
My invoices are getting cut off at the right hand side of the page. I have changed the printer settings to 'fit to page' and then unchanged them and nothing seems to help. How can I fix it.
There are two settings you will want to adjust when you first click to print the invoice.
First, click on the layout tab of the print dialog box and switch it to landscape, then on the General tab, change the Page Range to just page one instead of all pages.
Some printers like to print a second page with nothing on it when you do this in landscape, so just switch it to print only page one and you will have everything you need appearing on one page.

Thanks Christopher but I have tried that and the invoice just stretched over to the right side and got cut off.

Sonya, no I haven't changed anything there. I'm working on a network with 2 users for the printer. The printer has not changed though and I haven't changed the printer settings.

Hello,
I am having the same problem and have tried the suggestions above with no luck. Text is getting cut off on the right side and at the bottom, then printing the rest on a second page. Any other suggestions? Thanks.

Last I tried using the print button on the vendio form. This seemed to work for some reason rather than going direct to the print. I select to print only the one page and the selected frame and bingo! Good luck.

I started haveing the same problem. It cuts of just after the product description on some of my invoices, and doesn't cut off on some of them. I have some items that has always printed fine, and even those are getting cut off on the right side, even though I have not made any changes to sku or product description in between times. I have tried printing from Vendio page, tried changing setting on printer tabs, and all else fails except setting to landscape, which I don't want.

I started to have this problem today.
Since this never seemed to have been resolved, thought I post this.
In my case, it is only when I have a combined order. As long as inovice has one item, it is okay.
On the combined order invoice that is an additional row, right above the invoice detail. It has an order number in it. This row does not show on single item invoices.
