Finally changed from dial-up to high speed--changed my email address at ebay, paypal, and vendio--all emails for end of auctions ect are working great, going to the new email address. One MAJOR problem--all paypal payment emails are going to the old address. Called Paypal, they said it is ebays problem, called ebay and they said vendio lists the email adress that the paypal payment goes to. This appears to be correct as I see when I begin a "dummy" auction on ebays sell your item form, on about the third page, my old email address is listed to receive paypal payments. How in the world do I change this? Trigger
This problem is the result of a glitch on eBay's side where the wrong email address is stored in your account in an area unrelated to preferences, despite the email address store on our site and in your eBay preferences being current.
Unfortunately, since the problem is with eBay's system, in order to work around it, you will need to go to eBay and launch a 'test' listing. When you create the listing, you will have the opportunity to change the email address stored in step 4 of the listing process. Once you update this, and launch the listing, your PayPal address should be current. You will only need to launch one listing from eBay's site as long as you update the email address during the launch process.

Hello,
What is your email address for PayPal? Is it the one currently stored in Global Preferences? If so, then you've got it correct on our end -- if it is showing differently on page 4 of Sell Your Item on eBay, and you changed it there and listed a test auction, if it's still showing the old email then you will have to contact eBay again. When we first discovered the issue, there was no other way to change that email address there other than submitting a test auction with the proper email address on that page.

Sonya-thanks for the help. Just checked the global prefrences--it was my OLD "coolgadgets" email address. I did just now change it to my new "me2u" email address. I will now list another test auction and see if this solves the problem Thanks
