Hi~
Today when I am trying to write up my auctions in SM Pro, I keep getting this error message when I go to attach my saved template~
Internet Exployer Script Error
Line 241
Char 78
Error Expected "J"
Code 0
URL dhtmled1
I did launch an auction by working through this but must be something wrong since it has never happened to me before.
Thanks~
Gina

Hi Gina,
Are you still getting this error? Try restarting Pro and let us know if this helps. If not, you may need to uninstall and reinstall the program.

Sonya

Sonya,
I rebooted my computer and restarted SM pro but still happening.
If I remove SM pro and reinstall, I won't lose anything will I?

Hello,
No, you won't lose anything if you uninstall/reinstall. You can always copy the information in your batches and inventory folders to another location if you feel safer having a backup.

Thanks Jeff, yeah I know what you're saying.
Hope Sonya or someone wil know exactly what I should do because it really is getting on my nerves!
It must have something to do with templates and I haven't changed any of them in weeks.

Hello,
Please check your Default Listing Text, under My Account > Custom Listing Text. Please make sure that any HTML code that you enter there is correct.
After saving the page, please make sure that you synchronize SM Pro again.
Thanks,
-Radu
