My default custom template, called "New Vendio Template #10 is showing up as a blank page in preview mode in SMP. In fact, all the ones that say New Vendio Template are resulting in a blank page in preview mode.
Are you using HTML in your item description? If so make sure that everything is entered in correctly. It is also possible that the preview is blank because there is not enough memory available to return a true preview. I would recommend that for one of the items with a blank preview, that you schedule it for a future launch date and synchronize it to your account online. It will then go into pending, where you can click on the title to view it -- if the preview there is blank then there definitely is a problem so please let us know how this goes for you.

Thanks Sonya. I will be listing more Sunday night so I will see what happens. The other templates are fine. It is just the new templates.
This happens even without starting a listing. If I click on the view template tab, they are showing up blank.

If you quit and restart Pro, and synchronize, does this same thing happen again? Try doing this without running anything else in the background, too. Let me know how it goes with this, and with Sunday's launches.
