Hi,
I have been having this problem for about a month now. It always happens when I click on the HTML editor on the descriptions. A little box comes up and says run time error '0', I get thin black diagonal lines covering the screen and everything locks up. The only way to close is with ctrl alt delete. Also, it's like SMP takes over my computer. If I have other windows open and they are minimized I can't get them to open again. I try to max and I try to restore, and they won't open at all until I close SMP. This thing seems to have a mind of it's own. I have been using SMP for over 2 years now and this version is the worst I have seen. Please help, I don't want to uninstall and then reinstall, I have done this way to many times and then it take me about 4 hours for all my pics to download from the site again, the I have to create folders and start all over again. I am wasting so much time with the program. Help! Thanks, Cathy
1. Please go to the Windows Update site (click Tools > Windows Update in the Internet Explorer menu). Install the critical updates and Service Packs the site recommends, especially those for Windows and Internet Explorer.
