My partner and I are in two separate locations; I've been uploading our inventory into SMPro and "thought" I uploaded it; however, when we log into Vendio, we have no inventory showing at all. How do I actually upload it so it's there?
You create and work with your inventory either online in the Sales Manager or offline in the Sales Manager Pro software.
If you are going to be working from different computers all the time, I would suggest using the online inventory system instead of Pro, so anyone that can log into your Vendio account from any computer will be able to access this inventory.
The Pro inventory is stored locally on your computer and only available on that specific machine.

Hi again -
I understand what you're saying, but unless I misunderstood the instructions, isn't there a way to upload to the online Vendio inventory, the inventory that has already been input into SMPro? Otherwise, this seems to be more complicated than necessary...
Unfortunately online and offline inventory do not synchronize. There is a way to get items from Pro into your online inventory, however. To save an auction item to your online inventory, first create an inventory item in Sales Manager Pro. As you list your auctions from the inventory item, simply create a separate item to send to your Store. It is not necessary to enter a quantity available for Store items - you can upload an item with zero available in the Store and use the resulting inventory item as an auction item when you are ready to list.
I have forwarded your comments to Product Development.
