With the new modified version of sales manager pro I have to change the batch file name to save the batch after I add/list new items to the batch. I lost 10 hours of work on new items that I had saved to the batch list. New batch titles show up in windows explorer that have file extensions ".awb.bck" added to the batch title but do not show up in sale manager pro and I can’t open them!
What’s the deal/problem now?
IT SEEMS THAT VENDIO WOULD HAVE SOMEONE SET DOWN AND DO WHAT THE CUSTOMERS HAVE TO DO TO USE THESE PROGRAMS AND SEE THE PROBLEMS WE HAVE, BEFORE PUTTING OUT NEW VERSIONS/UPGRADES. WHY NOT MAKE CERTAIN THE UPGRADES HAVE ALL THE BUGS WORKED OUT BEFORE USING US ("THE CUSTOMERS", AS LAB MICE ARE USED???????? – JUST MY OPINION…

We're currently looking into this reported situation. We helped someone recover some items with the following methods. This may or may not help for your situation.
There was a backup copy in the Vendio directory, called filename.awb.bk - Go into the directory, right-click on the .bk file, copy it, then rename it and remove the .bk extension. You should then be able to open it in Pro.
