After losing several auctions to the "save as" problems - I started to save my batches to disk before I save them in Sales Manager Pro. Not really something that should have to be done with a full featured program but it has saved having to look for the missing auctions.
Perhaps all effort should be placed on the fixing Sales Manager Pro rather a survey about the Customer Manager feature. Really do hope the powers that be realize the loyalty of their customer base to work through this very frustrating situation.
When I read "ckao"'s post regarding a fix for the fix - not certain how fast I will be to download that one.
