Anyone else having this problem? My key is not updating - sometimes it's not showing that an email has been sent when it has, but mainly, it's not showing that feedback has been received when it has been. Since I like to send feedback reminders after an appropriate length of time has elapsed, it is becoming an INCREASINGLY frustrating process to go through all the closed auctions and try to synch them up with my auctions and see who has and has not in fact left feedback. WHAT'S GOING ON?????

Here's one of the numbers; since I manually went in and marked that they'd been received, I can't remember all of them, nor do I have time to investigate them: 4106492545. They would have been on the same date however. This is a recent issue.
However, I have had numerous problems with this Vendio; most frustrating of all is the issue of continually having to reinstall SMPro everytime I want to use it. I still haven't had a satisfactory response to that one, and have been waiting several days for another reply.
Is this item number one of the ones you manually marked? I checked it and it's got step 9 marked off.

Yes, this is one of the ones that I manually marked. I manually marked all of the ones that had feedback posted but that weren't marked on my key so that I didn't send them a feedback reminder inadvertently.
Thanks for the tip about the download; I will do that.
