Changed over from 5.5 installed 6.0 and said synchronization failed was unable to communicate with server. Something about proxy host and port settings. I've got AOL and all I know is it worked before, never had to concern myself with port settings and such follishness. Tell me the info you need so I can get this fixed. Seems every new version has a bug that needs to be worked out with regard to AOL

Please click on the Preferences icon in Pro -- if you aren't using a proxy then make sure that box is not checked. After you save your changes, try to synchronize again. If you continue to have trouble with your synch, please let us know.

I have the same problem, and have never had (and don't have) any proxy server settings marked or filled in. And we're still getting the same synch problem! I've emailed Vendio twice now, the earliest on Thursday, and have gotten ZERO replies helping us. Right now, we're having to do one listing at a time via the website, and that's NOT efficient in any quantities.
If there's a Vendio rep watching, HELP would be appreciated, since we can't synch!

I agree with the above message, something in their new "upgrade" always causes me grief, I want my old 5.5 back damnit, stop reminding us us to always upgrade without debugging it first. I have no proxy settings checked AOL doesn't have any either. Everything worked fine 72 hrs ago in 5.5, nothing has changed except your new bug.

Is there any way to get 5.5 back until the bug in this upgrade to the upgrade to the upgrade is solved?
Rather than rushing to get the fixes for 6.0 completed (and hopefully tested this time) - can you put the version back that works?
I - for one - would welcome to go back a few steps and work with a proven program so I could get some auctions up without this constant hassle. Just lost another batch - and yes, I did SAVE AS under different names.
