Need help here. When I try to click on the OK tab in the HTML description box next to CANCEL, while attempting to get to the File tab at the top left, Sales Manager Pro shuts down. I do not get to save the text of which I had inserted while creating my listing description and it shuts down the program. I have tried several times and it keeps doing this. I lost several hours of text while creating a large description.
I thought this new upgrade was supposed to automatically save your text?
Not on mine. Any answers to this program loss problem I am having? Thanks
Please try the following steps, and let us know at what step SM Pro shuts down:
1. start a new listing
2. enter title, price, other info
3. click on "HTML Editor" and enter description in the pop-up window
4. click OK to save the description
5. click OK to save the listing
6. click File>Save to save the batch.
Updating your Window system might help:
A. Please go to the Windows Update site (click Tools > Windows Update in the Internet Explorer menu). Install the critical updates and Service Packs the site recommends, especially those for Windows and Internet Explorer.

I made two updates via Explorer update, I downloaded the link you gave me too.
I tried it again and the same thing happened. I copied the listing info from the batch its in and created a new one. When I click to get out of the HTML box it stills shuts me down with the same error message. I did a test on another batch listing and it worked. I added just two words to the HTML window and clicked out ok. It saved it also. ?
Help. I have a listing that is large in text that I need to save and send to ebay. It still shuts me down out of the original and copied version of this listing.
