I am so sick of fighting with this stupid software! I have been for over six months now. I have asked about this before and NONE of the things Vendio told me to do works! I have done Windows updates and everthing else but nothing works! When I am in the HTML editior trying to change the size of fonts I get this:
This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down.
If the problem persists, contact the program vendor.
I am PAYING for this! I haven't been able to list a auction for months now. I have been doing it all thru ebay. Also, this software takes over my computer. It's the only window I can use. If I have other windows min. I can't max or restore them. I know you are going to tell me to uninstall and install a fresh copy, DOES NOT WORK I HAVE DONE THAT SEVERAL TIMES! I am so tired of this. Anyone else try another software that actually works? Please let me know.
Do you have the latest version of Pro? The new version does not require as much memory as the old ones do, so you might want to try downloading it and seeing if the problems you are having exist on that version. In order to download Sales Manager Pro, please refer to the link below:

I did that yesterday. I downloaded SMP 6 and then downloaded the 6.2? thing that was suppose to take care of all problems. No windows open and disabled my AV, saved to disk. Still does not work right. I have used this for years now back when it was AW and it ran perfect. Since then each new version has had nothing but problems. I have even replaced my hard drive thinking I might have a problem but that didn't work either. What else can I do?

Can you please list your system requirements? We may have to get more details on your situation in order to further look into this.
I've tested the HTML editor on my system and it seems to be working fine for both 6.00 and the 6.02 builds.

I finally got a auction on a boat to list Sunday without problems. Here's the info on my computer. 25.5 gigs Free disk space. Memory 256. Fat 32. Running Window 98, tried XP Professional and didn't like it. That's what I was running on my old hard drive when I started having all the problems with SMP. When running Smp, I usually have front page, 3 internet windows and microsoft outlook, & calc open and running. I have had all this opened before I started having all the problems. It ran just fine until I changed to I think it was 5.5 version.
Please go to the Windows Update site (click Tools > Windows Update in the Internet Explorer menu). Install the critical updates and Service Packs the site recommends, especially those for Windows and Internet Explorer.
