When I open an item in a batch it takes over 30 seconds to open the item.
This didn't happen with the old sales manager.

Hello,

If you are opening a batch for the first time in version 6+, it can take a little longer to open as the batch needs to convert from an older version of Pro to the new one. If this is happening repeatedly on the same batch, please let us know.

This happens on every item, every time it is opened

Hello,

Please try running Pro with nothing else open in the background. If you continue to have to wait this long for an item to open, please let us know what your OS is, how much RAM you have, and which version of Pro you are using.
